My name is Steve Roburts, and like many of you, I’ve experienced the frustrations that come with getting older. I’m 61, a husband, father of three, and someone who’s played sport at a competitive level for most of my life. But in recent years, things changed. I stopped playing sport, had a knee replacement, gained weight, and—despite my best efforts—struggled with something I never expected to be so difficult: quality sleep.

This project began with my own journey—trying to regain energy, lose those stubborn kilos, and wake up feeling rested for the first time in years. What I discovered was powerful: weight loss and sleep quality are deeply connected, and when approached together, they unlock a whole new level of well-being, especially for those of us over 50.
Why This Matters
There’s a lot of generic health advice out there, but very little that speaks directly to our age group—people who aren’t looking for six-packs, but just want to feel better, move more freely, sleep through the night, and get back to enjoying life.
That’s why I created this platform—to share what works, what doesn’t, and to guide others through a realistic, sustainable, and proven approach to better health through two core pillars: weight loss and quality sleep.
